Who-dun.it is a murder mystery experience platform. We create bespoke, AI-generated mystery scenarios for private events. References to "we," "us," or "the agency" mean Who-dun.it and its operators.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to generate and deliver your experience:

• Host name and contact email
• Guest names and email addresses (collected via RSVP)
• Event details you provide (date, guest count, any content preferences)
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details)

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to run your event.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your custom murder mystery scenario and character dossiers
• Deliver dossiers to guests following the RSVP deadline
• Send order confirmations and event-related communications
• Process payments and handle support requests
• Improve our platform (in aggregate, anonymised form only)

We do not sell your data. We do not use guest information for marketing.

4. Guest Data

Guest email addresses are collected solely to deliver dossiers. Guests who have not placed an order themselves have not agreed to receive marketing communications from us, and we will not send them any. Host-provided guest lists are deleted within 90 days of the event date.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the third-party services required to operate the platform: our payment processor, email delivery provider, and cloud infrastructure. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law. We do not share data with any other parties.

6. Cookies

This site uses minimal session cookies required for the ordering process to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
