Who-dun.it provides AI-generated murder mystery experiences for private events. When you place an order, we generate a custom scenario, assign characters to your guest list, and deliver dossiers to each participant. All characters, events, and crimes are entirely fictional.
Dossiers are delivered to guests following the RSVP deadline you set. It is your responsibility as host to ensure all guests have RSVP'd before the deadline. We are not liable for guests who do not receive their dossier due to an incorrect or missing email address.
If your guest count grows after purchase, you may adjust your order through your case file at the applicable tier rate for the additional guests.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your characters have been written — you can do this yourself from your party page, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with. Character writing begins automatically about 48 hours before your event, or sooner if you start it. Once it has begun the purchase is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your party instead: it keeps its guests and its characters until you set a new date. If the service fails to deliver due to a fault on our part, we will provide a full refund regardless.
